Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at scott@babyfoxdress.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method if using own shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For domestic order refunds: 25% restocking fee + $14 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label
For a domestic exchange: $14 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label + $14 (per item) for shipping of the new item(s)

For international order refunds: 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders. Return shipping is customer's responsibility. Please choose a tracked shipping method and provide it to us for faster processing.
For an international exchange: Since we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders, actual shipping costs both ways will be customer's responsibility.

Please note that any amount paid for shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.

Defective Item Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are responsibility of BabyfoxDress if the item was defective or incorrect. Please provide us with images or videos of the defective dress.
