⏱️ Order Processing & Special Orders

In-Stock Items: Orders are dispatched via UPS or USPS within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Bridal & Quinceañera Special Orders: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of bridal and Quinceañera gowns, production and processing times vary significantly and can take up to 6 months. If your event date is approaching quickly, please reach out to us prior to ordering so we can check immediate availability for styles already in stock or in production.
📌 Important: Total delivery time is calculated as Processing Time + Shipping Time. Delivery windows begin once the carrier scans the package, not at the moment the order is placed.
⚠️ Critical Delivery & Shipping Guidelines
1. Shipping Address Accuracy
We ship packages using the exact address details provided during checkout. Once a package is in transit, we are strictly unable to modify the delivery address. Please review your order confirmation email immediately. If you spot any errors, notify us via email right away so we can correct it before fulfillment.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that any fees paid for expedited shipping services or international delivery are entirely non-refundable, even in the event of a return or exchange.
3. Out-of-Stock Items & Authorization Holds
You will never be charged for an item that is unavailable.

When you place an order, your bank places a temporary authorization hold (Pending status) on your account.

We only finalize the actual charge when your dress is being prepared for shipment.

If your order is canceled before shipment, the pending hold will automatically drop off your account. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing times.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number (USPS or UPS) will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow your journey.
2. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Because import regulations vary by country, we do not collect or manage any customs duties or taxes at checkout. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the recipient. We highly recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate potential charges before finalized purchases.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for items delayed, seized, or confiscated by customs due to local import restrictions.
3. Customs Clearance & ID Requirements
Certain destinations require a government-issued ID number to clear customs smoothly. To prevent any delivery delays, if your shipping address is in one of the countries listed below, please enter your ID number in the "Company" field during checkout.
