SHIPPING POLICY

We use UPS to ship all order.

Ground shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Customers have the option to use 2nd day and overnight shipping with an additional cost (however much UPS charges for expedited shipping to your area).
Orders that require 2nd day shipping must be placed before 12:00pm PST so it can ship in an estimated 2 days.
Orders that require overnight shipping must be placed before 10:00am PST so it can ship in an estimated one day.
Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days;
therefore, items will not be shipped during these days.
Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday.
Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday).

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and the tracking information.
International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.
International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order.
Please note that there could be a delay in shipping your order if we have any issues with the billing information provided.
We unfortunately do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.
